TasteFresno is a labor of love. It's intended as an online community, though to date almost all of the reviews, recipes and other thoughts have been expressed by one member—who just happens to be the site's co-founder.
Development of the website has been subject to free time in the evenings and the occassional holiday, so we're taking the first several weeks of 2009 to assess what TasteFresno is, and what it can be (which we'll detail in future posts). In light of a fresh start (of sorts), we figure we should introduce ourselves.
James Collier
James originally conceptualized TasteFresno while working at Community Food Bank. A transplant to Fresno from North Carolina, he quickly fell in love with the fresh flavors and cultural infusions that can be found here. Evidently, he also likes to write.
Nick Gundry
Nick has an international palette, haling originally from London. He's also a bit of a genius when it comes to the web, and has helped transform TasteFresno from a concept to its first iterations. He may not write much, but he's full of ideas.
