2 ea Avocado
3 ea Limes, juiced
1/2 c Sour Cream
2 ea Cilantro Bunches, Blanched to Tender and Shocked
Salt and Cayenne Pepper to Taste
Blanch cilantro, using salted water (for instructions, watch this slideshow).
Place all ingredients in blender and puree till smooth. Season to taste.
