Ingredients:
1 10-oz bag of fresh spinah leaves
1 fresh pear sliced and cubed
1 small red onion,halved and sliced thin
1/2 cup pecans
1 7oz package goat cheese,crumbled
8 Tablespoons oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
stir 4Tbs oil and balsamic vinegar togather
place spinach in large bowl
Heat4 Tbs oil in large skellet over high heat.
Add red onion and saute until brown and softened
about 7 minutes
Stir in the pear and pecans
Add to spinach in bowl
add goat cheese
pour in oil and vinegar mixture
toss to coat and wilt slightly
enjoy!!!! yum
