When my Nana passed, all my aunt's & uncle's asked for my recipe because my Nana told everyone that the salsa in her house was mine. I told them after I wrote my salsa book & copy written they could have & that was done January 30, 2009 Registration # TXu 1-638-559. There is NO FEUDS ABOUT THIS RECIPE I DID THIS ALL MY SELF. MY secret is do not follow the instructions on the good season box, you do not need fillers & water is different in all areas & is not needed.

Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1 cup olive oil, 1 packet good season Italian all natural salsa dressing& recipe mix, 3 jalapenos, 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 4 cups of s&w stewed diced tomatoes, 1/4 of a medium red onion

Instructions

add balsamic vinegar in good seasons container, than oil last good season packet. in a six cup hamilton beach food processor add 2/3 cup of the good season, to the processor 3 jalapenos, 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic. blend for 10-20 seconds, add 1/4 red onion, & 4 cups of s&w stewed diced tomatoes. blend to desired consistency

I forgot to put down that I will need a 4 cup measuring container, & a cutting board & a knife,& 6 cup food processor, & a good season container, I tried to go back & edict my site but could not. Can you help me. I am not good at computers & have forgotten that people have told me the salsa is good on steaks, in the morning on eggs & I have been putting in ranch dressing for about 15 years. I do not ad cilantro because I do not like it, my friends, the one's who like cilantro do ad it & their happy that way. so this recipe goes with lots of things. I better not forget a bowl to put the salsa in when it is done. Also it would be extra virgin olive oil. Balsamic vinegar is a natural preserves, you can leave in frig for months & it will not go bad but it will get hotter, you can also freeze it. I want someone to show me that their salsa can do the same. my salsa has done that for 20 years. That was after I stop buying the dressing out of a bottle.
