½c All Purpose Flour
¼c Cocoa Powder
½tsp Baking Powder
½c Caster Sugar
2tbls Butter Diced
1 Egg
1tsp Tawny Port
½tsp White Truffle Oil
½c Confection Sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet is parchment paper. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a Cuisinart Blender. Blend butter into mixture on piece at a time until the mixture resembles bread crumbs. Pulse egg, port and truffle oil into mixture until combined. Remove blade and cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for one hour.
Put Confection Suguar into bowl. Drop walnut sized pieces of batter into bowl and lightly form into rough balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. After, place on wire rack until completely cooled.
