1 lb. fresh or frozen peas
1 tsp. finely chopped mint
1 tsp. chopped dill
Juice of half a lemon
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt
White pepper
Place herbs on the bottom of a food processor; add peas. Pulse until incorporated, but do not puree. Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Pulse again briefly to mix.

Sounds tasty. It reminds me of an old Scottish recipe.
