My daughter loves to cook this. Its a great recipe for little ones to help.
1 pound of ground Pork ( beef can be substituted)
Season for port ( I used sat, pepper, and organic general purpose seasoning)
Greens such as Kale, Chard, Spinach, Collard Greens
Egg Roll wrappers
Place ground pork in bowl with spices and mix with hands.
Place greens in pan with a small amount of oil sauté until they begin to wilt and compact.
Add ground pork in pan with greens and brown the ground pork until cooked through
Wrap a few spoonfuls of pork mixture in Egg Roll wrappers
Heat pan with enough oil to coat the bottom and brown the egg rolls on all sides
Drain on plate with napkin and enjoy
