It was time for another potluck, and I signed up for dessert. It was a Russian themed dinner that we were doing, so why not to a Black Russian pie? I culminated this recipe based on several others that I found across the web. It's a tasty one and will go fast, enjoy!
*I had French Vanilla Kahlua in my cabinet, so I used that instead of regular
Combine cookie crumbs and butter in an 8-inch pie pan. Mix well and press firmly in an even layer over bottom and sides of pan to form a crust. Place in freezer.
Meanwhile, melt marshmallows with milk and salt over hot water. Cool until mixture will mound on a spoon. Stir in Kahlua.
