Strawberry Pizza

For as long as I can remember my Mom has made this pizza on the first day of Summer (or close enough to it ;) She claims that a woman she once worked with 30 years ago made them for the office each week of June every year.
Ingredients
Flour, Butter, Powdered Sugar, Cream Cheese, Sugar, Eggs, Lemon Juice, Strawberries, Maries Strawberry Glaze
Instructions
Strawberry Pizza
Crust:
1 cup flour
1 cube butter
3 tbs. powdered sugar
Cut butter into flour and sugar with pastry blender until crumbly. Dump onto pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
Filling:
1 package 8 oz cream cheese
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbs. lemon juice
Blend sugar with cheese. Add eggs and juice. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool crust.
Topping:
1-2 baskets of strawberries
Maries Strawberry Glaze
Slice strawberries, add 1/3 -1/2 jar of glaze
