1 Can Pure Pumpkin
2 boxes Fat Free, Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding (Jello)
1 tub 'o Light Cool Whip
Pumpkin Pie Spice (find this in the spice aisle)
Graham Cracker Pie Crust
This is a fairly hard recipe to mess up. Combine 1/2 can of Pure Pumpkin, the two boxes of vanilla pudding (powdered mix), half a container of cool whip (this gives it a creamy texture) and Pumpkin Pie spice. Mix with a hand mixer or by hand until all ingredients are incorporated. It will set up quite fast due to the powdered pudding mix, so you will want to spoon the mixture into a pie crust as soon as your done beating it. Chill in the fridge for an hour or so. Slice and top with left over Cool Whip.
No cooking necessary. Just mix ingredients, chill, and eat!
