Squash Souffle

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. yellow squash - cubed
- 2 medium/large onions
- salt
Instructions
- Cook until tender.
- Strain in colander.
- Put into blender/Cuisinart, add 4 slices of bread, centers only, torn into pieces, add 1 stick margarine, 3 eggs. White pepper and salt to taste.
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- Bake in greased/floured casserole in 350° oven for 1 hour. Place in broiler[?] pan with hot water. Remove and let rest 15 minutes before serving.
