Taco Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 head garlic (or garlic powder)
- 2 cans pinto beans, undrained (1 can with jalapenos)
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, undrained
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg. dried taco seasonings
- 1 pkg. dried ranch dressing mix
- 1 bag Frito's or corn chips
- Grated cheese for topping
Instructions
Brown meat with onion and garlic. Place in crock pot or into a large pot for stove-top cooking. Add all other ingredients except for chips and cheese.
Cook in crock pot on high for 4-6 hours; cook on stove top for 1-2 hours.
To serve, place corn chips in a bowl, pour soup over chips and top with cheese.
