Lightly brush pizza crust with olive oil. Dice the onion finely and sauté on medium-low until soft and golden. Toast the pine nuts in the oven or on a dry frying pan. Slice pear very thinly and arrange on top of pizza shell. Sprinkle with onion, pine nuts and crumbled goat cheese. Bake according to pizza crust package directions, or at 500º for 10 minutes.
