1000 Island Dressing

Ingredients

1 quart mayonnaise
1 cup pickle relish
½ cup pimento
2 small onions
1 1/3 cup catsup
4 hard boiled eggs
2 heaping tsps sugar
4 tbsp beets (Gerber’s Baby Food-puréed)

Instructions

Blend all together in osterizer or with electric mixer
