Carob Candies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup carob
  • 1/2 cup soya powder
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 3/4 cup dried milk powder
  • 3 tbsp soya or safflower oil
  • 1 tbsp brewers yeast
  • 3 heaping tbsp honey or sweeten to taste
  • 1 tsp maeline flavor

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and moisten with warm water. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. You can also roll in coconut, a mixture of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, or a nut on top. Keep in jar in freezer.
