Whole-Wheat Bread

Ingredients

1 tbsp yeast
2 cups warm water
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
3 cups white flour
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp shortening
3 cups whole wheat flour

Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Let rise for one hour. Put into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
