Apricot and Lemon Sherbet

The recipe card reads: "From the kitchen of Miriam Lao."

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jello
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 #2 can apricots
  • 1 cup syrup from apricots
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

Bring water to a boil, pour over Jello, and cool. Add sugar, syrup and apricots, pouring through a sieve. Add cream. Freeze, and serve with fresh mint.
