Ingredients
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 cups water
1 #2 can apricots
1 cup syrup from apricots
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup sugar
Instructions
Bring water to a boil, pour over Jello, and cool. Add sugar, syrup and apricots, pouring through a sieve. Add cream. Freeze, and serve with fresh mint.
