Instant Lemon Cottage Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold Carnation milk
  • 3 3/4 oz. instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

Instructions

Pour milk into a bowl. Add pudding mix, and beat slowly for one minute. Stir in cottage cheese; spoon into desert dishes and let sit for five minutes. Top with fruit and serve.
