Scandinavian Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 can french-cut beans, drained
  • 1 can small peas, drained
  • 1 small jar chopped pimiento
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • DRESSING
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp parika

Instructions

Cover the first 6 ingredients water. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain. Make the dressing by mixing all ingredients together. Pour dressing over vegatables. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Keeps several days. Serves 10-12 servings.
