Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill until syrupy. Beat cottage cheese until creamy. Add sugar, salt lemon juice and rind; mix well. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold cottage cheese mixture, strawberries, and whipped cream into ghilled gelatin. Spoon into 1 1 /2 quart mold. Chill 2-3 hours. Unmold; serve with fresh strawberries.
