2 quarts water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 English cucumber
Peel cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. Take a spoon and and remove seeds from cucumber. Roughly chop and place in blender. Add lime juice and puree until smooth.
Fill large pitcher with water, cucumber-lime puree and sugar. Mix thoroughly. (More or less can sugar can be added depending on one's own taste preference.)
Fill glass with ice, Cucumber Limeade and enjoy!
(I muddled a few mint leaves with the ice in the glass prior to pouring! All I need now is some rum!)
