Blackberry Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients

1 pint fresh backberries
8.5 oz We Olive Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 small wheel of a triple cream brie / water crackers to serve

Instructions

Put the blackberries, balsamic and the sugar in a sauce pot and simmer (never boil) on low for 15 to 20 minutes. remove from heat and smash the blackberries. Let the reduction cool. Spread the cooled mixture over the brie and serve with the crackers as an appetizer. You may also drizzle some of the mixture over grilled pork chops.
