Frosty Lemon Supreme

Ingredients

  • ½ crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup very cold water
  • 1/3 cup non-fat dry milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon or lime juice
  • ¼ cup sugar

Instructions

Line 9 inch pie pan with ¼ cup with cracker crumbs. Beat egg whites, water, and milk to stiff peaks. Add egg yolks, lemon zest, and juice. Beat 1 minute gradually adding sugar. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs over top.

Freeze 2 hours.
