Mandy’s Creole Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pint of milk
  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1 tsp yeast powder
  • 2 tsp of butter
  • Salt, white pepper

Instructions

Grate the corn and mix it with the tepid milk. Whip the whole eggs into a fourth and add these and the other ingredients to the corn and milk. The yeast powder comes last. Bake in slow oven for 30 to 40 minutes
