A delicious appetizer pizza that displays the beauty of sweet and delicious local valley figs.

This pizza highlights our delicious valley figs. Yum! Is it summer yet???
2 large yellow onions
1 Package Trader Joe's White pre-made pizza dough
5-6 ounces Prosciutto
1 wedge Cambozola Cheese
1 pint Black Mission or Kadota figs
Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper to taste
Take pizza dough out of fridge and let sit until room temp. Divide in two. Roll dough balls out to fit cookie sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Pre-cook for 5-10 minutes at 450 until firm and slightly golden brown.
Slice yellow onions and caramelize in olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Divide onions amongst pizzas and spread equally.
Divide cheese amongst pizzas and dot on dough equally.
Divide Prosciutto amongst pizzas and layer on dough evenly.
Wash and slice figs in half. Divide equally over pizza.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 5-10 minutes at 450 just until figs become syrupy and prosciutto becomes crispy.
Cut and enjoy! Warning, you will never have enough!
