This comes from my former mother-in-law.
Toss the round steak in seasonings and flour. Put a little oil in a skillet with a lid and brown with onion. Add cream of mushroom soup, cooking wine, garlic, can mushrooms, water and simmer for a while. Add the egg noodles and sour cream and toss right before serving.
