Chili Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 2 t. Chili Powder 
  • 2 t. Ground Cumin
  • 1 ½ tsp. oregano leaves 
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • chopped green onion 
  • tortilla chips
  • 1 ½ lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, well drained or 1 med. Tomato, chopped

Instructions

Mix seasonings; sprinkle over chicken strips.  In a nonstick skillet, coated with cooking spray, sautee chicken over med. Heat 7-8 min. or until done.

Add tomatoes; simmer 2-3 min.  Stir in cheese.  Serve warm in a shallow casserole dish.  Garnish with green onions and serve with chips.
