Chili Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
- 2 t. Chili Powder
- 2 t. Ground Cumin
- 1 ½ tsp. oregano leaves
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- chopped green onion
- tortilla chips
- 1 ½ lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, well drained or 1 med. Tomato, chopped
Instructions
Mix seasonings; sprinkle over chicken strips. In a nonstick skillet, coated with cooking spray, sautee chicken over med. Heat 7-8 min. or until done.
Add tomatoes; simmer 2-3 min. Stir in cheese. Serve warm in a shallow casserole dish. Garnish with green onions and serve with chips.
