Jalapeno Cornbread

From my former mother-in-law.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn Meal
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sweetmilk
- 1 small can cream style corn
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeno or hot peppers, finely chopped
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased cast iron skillet. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
