Peel and slice apples. Mix the granulated sugar, ¼ cup flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt and add to the apples. Put the apple mix in the piecrust. Mix the butter/margarine, brown sugar and 1-cup flour with hands, and then sprinkle on top of the apple mixture. Put foil around the edges of the crust and bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Take the foil off and bake for 15 more minutes.
