King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Chicken Breasts  
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 Package Flour Tortillas 
  • 3 cups grated cheese
  • 1 Can Mushroom Soup  
  • 1 Can Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can Chicken Broth  
  • 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes

Instructions

Boil the chicken in water seasoned with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning, etc.  When done, remove from broth and de-bone chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.  Combine soups, broth and Rotel tomatoes to use as sauce.  In a large casserole dish, layer Tortillas torn into smaller pieces, Chicken, onion, soup mixture, and cheese.  Cover with grated cheese and bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
