Mini Pizzas

Ingredients

• ½ cup pizza sauce  
• 24 slices pepperoni
• 4 bagels or English muffins, cut in half, toasted
• 1 pkg. (8oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Spread toasted bagel halves with pizza sauce.  Place in foil-lined cookie sheet.  Top with cheese and pepperoni.  Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
