One Dish Chicken & Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

• 4 cups Stuffing (1box)  
• Paprika
• 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 
• 4 tbsp. margarine
• 4-6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix stuffing, 1 ¼ cups hot water and margarine.  Spoon stuffing across center of 3-quart shallow baking dish.  Place chicken on side of stuffing.  Sprinkle paprika over chicken.  Mix soup, milk and parsley.  Pour over chicken.  Bake covered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
