Oniony Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk    
  • 1-1/3 cup French's French Fried Onions
  • 2 lbs. Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 10-¾ oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

Microwave potatoes in water to cover on high 12 min. or until tender.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place potatoes in 2-qt. Casserole.  Combine soup, sour cream, milk, 2/3 cup fried onions, and ½ cup cheese.  Pour over potatoes; mix gently.  Bake 20 min. at 350? or until hot.  Top with remaining onions and cheese.  Bake 5 minutes.
