1 can Chicken Broth
1 cup uncooked instant rice
2 cups sliced Hot Links or Smoked Sausages
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with green peppers & onions
1 can (15.25 oz.) whole kernel corn & white corn, drained
Cook sausage in large saucepan, 4 minutes, drain.
Stir in tomatoes, broth and ½ cup water, bring to boil. Stir in corn and rice, cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with hot pepper sauce and warm cornbread or biscuits, if desired.
