Rich and Meaty Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 4 ½ tsp. chili powder  
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 jar (2 lbs.) Ragu Rich & Meaty Mama's Meat Sauce
  • 1 can (15 ¼ oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.  Reserve 1-cup meat sauce.  In medium bowl, combine remaining meat sauce, corn and chili powder.  In 13X9 inch baking dish, spread 1-cup sauce mixture.  Arrange 2 tortillas over sauce, overlapping edges slightly.  Layer ½ of the sauce mixture and ½ of the cheese over tortillas; repeat layers, ending with tortillas.  Spread tortillas with reserved sauce.  Bake 30 minutes, then top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted.
