Coat chicken in ¼ cup flour. In skillet, cook chicken 10 min. in 1 tbsp. oil until well browned on both sides. Stir in chicken broth, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, lemon juice and lemon slices. Heat to boiling. Simmer, covered, 5 min. until chicken is no longer pink and sauce thickens slightly, stirring. Top with remaining onions. Serve with rice, if desired.
