Senator Gramm's Award Winning Chili

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Meat, part ground and part cut into sugar-cube size
- 1 small onion, minced or 1 heaping tbsp. Dehydrated onion
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (8 oz.) cans water
- 1-2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin (optional)
- ½-1 tsp. red pepper (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4-6 tbsp. flour
- 4 tbsp. chili powder
Instructions
Brown meat in onion and drain if necessary. Add tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt, paprika, cumin, red pepper, garlic and 2-3 tbsp. flour. Cook 1-2 hours. Add 2-3 tbsp. flour to chili and cook 15 more minutes.
