Shirley's Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Russet Potatoes, boiled
- 1 dozen eggs, hard boiled
- 1 pint hamburger dill pickles, chopped
- 1 pint celery, chopped
- ¾ cup diced pimentos
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. salt
Instructions
Slice up potatoes with or without skin. Slice up hard boiled eggs. Mix together all ingredients. Mix gently to avoid getting mushy and refrigerate for several hours and taste to intensify.
