Gordo's Roadhouse

What's it like?

Gordo's is an interesting spot. It's in the Swap Mall on the very southern end of the Fulton Mall and it's outer "walls" consist of chain link fence and barbed wire. I'm not sure if it's a clothing store or if they just carry t-shirts and stuff from the restaurant, but there are clothing racks when you first enter.

Anyway, I had the SoCal burger. Which was very tasty. The burger had grilled red onions, guacamole, salsa, and a really thick slice of cheese. I think it had Ortega chilies in it too, but I can't remember now. Either way it was very good. The burger came with fries which was nice. (I think all burgers should) The fries had pepper on them, which gave them an interesting taste and if nothing else made them different. I'll definitely be going back and trying some of their other stuff. One last thing it's a cash only spot. So remember to bring some cash with you.
