What's it like?

i'd like to base this review more on the many other times i've been to joe's, because the last time was quite disappointing. their hamburgers are always good, and they have other tasty items on their menu. but this time, the chipoltle chicken wrap was just boring tasting (probably not the best choice, but the waitress talked me into the special) and the salad was unremarkable. i know they can do better, and i'm gonna go back soon to give them the chance to do that.
