Vintage Steakhouse

What's it like?

 Last night my wife and I were up at Chuckchansi Resort for a friends birthday party and had the pleasure of dining at Vintage Steakhouse.  I had not previously heard anything about the restaurant but I really enjoyed the meal.  I felt that what truly was exceptional about Vintage was the service and the food.  First the service.  I have become very aware of guest service and Vintage had exceptional service.  The waiter's were excellent and extremely helpful anytime we needed anything.  I thought the food was really great as well.  The restaurant offers everything a' la carte  on its menu so it does get a bit pricey.  I decided to go all out and have the filet mignon and lobster and I was extremely impressed with the quality and the taste of the meal.  Paired with a great nice glass of red wine, i thought it was excellent!  My wife had the filet mignon and she also thought it was excellent.  The meat was cooked just to our specifications and my lobster was so rich and delicious.  Lastly, i felt the portion sizes were better than what one would expect for a a' la carte restaurant.
