What's it like?

El Toro at Bullard and West is a Fresno standard. Tacos are done in a crispy shell form but not greasy. Chicken is shredded white meat. Beef is shredded or ground, whatever you want. Sometimes you can get fish tacos though they're not on the menu. You can always find the owners, Don and Rick, around.
