I don't know why it has taken me so long, but I finally made it to QN4U.
Went there with the family (including my 2 young kids).
The meat is great. The best pulled-pork and beaf brisket in town, no question about it.
To be honest, the side dishes are a little lacking, but it won't matter, there is plenty of meat on your plate, and after all, that's what you come in for.
They delivered 2 types of barbeque sauce, and both were unique and tasty.
The quality of the meat is perfect, the taste is not over-shadowed by too much BBQ sauce, and the quantity was generous.
Definately will be back. Glad to have them in Clovis.

I went there a few weeks ago and they had trophies all over the restaurant from BBQ competitions they'd won! Though the meat servings were generous, I thought the brisket was a little too fatty (purposely?). However, the mac n cheese was a really nice "comfort food" side.
It's definitely it a family restaurant, but when I was there, it was mostly senior citizens in the room. I wouldn't go back for caloric reasons (no dieters allowed!), but it was a nice change and the prices were very reasonable.

There is a difference between competition BBQ and restaurant in terms of volume and freshness. I've eaten there a few times and noticed the meat taste like leftovers. How can I tell? Because I eat my BBQ leftovers all the time because my wife is not a big meat eater. I can tell a fresh rib from an overnight reheated rib. Same applies for chicken, pork, etc.
Their side also need improvement as well as the atmosphere and cleanliness overall. I hate to be negative about them but I just can't justify spending money on what clearly are leftovers. It's like the BBQ equivalent of fish salad at a seafood restaurant.
