It’s official, I’m addicted.
Thai Fusion prepares one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted: yum nua (Thai beef salad). It’s fresh, crisp, spicy, sweet—it literally hits every taste bud, and I can’t get enough.
Creative Fresno held their monthly blender on Friday, so Kim and I went towards the end and tried out the appetizers (all delicious); we stayed for yum nua. Kim almost had to restrain me to keep me from licking the bowl. I winked at the bartender, but he just wouldn’t reveal the recipe.
Actually, everything I’ve ever tried at this restaurant is fantastic. Service is always attentive, the décor is attractive, and the value is great. I recommend going with others and ordering a variety of dishes “family style.”

I love the ambiance at Thai Fusion, but if you're up for a little exploration, the parent restaurant - BK Asian Kitchen - has a slightly different menu. I've also learned that you can order many of the dishes either "Thai" style or "Lao" style, which affects the spice.
Kim and I can eat at either any time - just name the date :-)

I haven't eaten a lot of Thai food, but have had my eyes opened to it recently. We've eaten at both Thai Fusion and Aroy Thai Cuisine (review to follow). I haven't been to adventurous, having the Chicken Pad Thai at both places. It was good at both, but I think I need to dine with someone that knows the ropes and can show me what's good.
