What's it like?

This place has the most wonderful chicken kebab & bulgar pilaf!!! I recently ordered the chicken dinner plate that had approx. 8 lg chunks of juicy, wonderfully flavored grilled chicken served on a huge plate of pilaf along with pan fried or grilled (there was a slight crust on them) vegetables & hummus. They also used to own a Zorro's Pizza place near Orange & Butler so they also have calzones & pizza on the menu. They also have wonderful desserts. The night we were there, they had baklava & a Georgian dessert. I did not get the name but it was made with egg whites & had a few layers. It looked wonderful & tasted great. The center filling was a little chewy like caramel with nuts & then the light meringue exterior. We have eaten there several times now & have never been disappointed in the food, service or hospitality. The pizza crust is not my favorite but I go there for the chicken & pilaf anyhow, lol. They also have other Armenian dishes on the menu. My husband loves their calzone & orders that every time we go. They will also deliver within 1 mile & have sandwiches & an all you can eat buffet @ lunch. They are currently building an outside patio & will be adding a hookah bar. (There is no construction blocking the restaurant.) The owners are a nice married couple with 2 daughters. They greet you warmly & are excellent cooks! Give them a try soon for the kebabs! You won't be disappointed. :) I am having a hard time getting the stars to work so here goes - Food 4/5 stars; service 5 stars; Value 4/5 stars & Ambiance 3/5 stars.
