What's it like?

The name is a bit off putting, but let it be known; this place has some excellent Kow Piek and egg rolls! I stopped in on a Yelp recommendation and was not disappointed. The food is hot, flavorful, and best of all......CHEAP!! The big bowl of Chicken Kow Piek is $5 (really...just a $5 bill) and egg rolls are 2 for $1! The egg rolls are pre-homemade and are in the warmer, but they are super yummy and crispy with a great dipping sauce. Kow Piek is a chicken soup with a thick peppery, garlicky broth with shredded chicken and homemade noodles made from rice flour and tapioca flour. It comes to your table steaming hot and delicious. Very hearty and satisfying.

JUST FYI....the ambiance is a bit on the low end and they have some sort of water filtration system in the back where I guess people come and buy water from them. Other than that, the food is exceptional and amazingly inexpensive. Go there today!!
