Wayside Noodle

What's it like?
I have trouble supporting restaurants that open then the owner flips/sells them after being open only a couple months. However, I understand it might be a good way to make a buck. This is also a mini chain restaurant.
Hopefully Wayside Noodle gets some better owners who will focus on creating a local place to grab some good Vietnamese Food. Also, $145k seems pretty steep.

I think its like flipping houses...except with restaurants.
