    Kudos to Joe's for being open on a Saturday night (if that seems like a lot to ask, try roaming downtown after 5...).     Creative Fresno held its annual meeting at Palomino's, who graciously offered an enclosed space for us. A prix fixe menu was offered - I'm not sure if it reflects the regular menu - but I had the Tuscan chicken: grilled chicken served over mashed potatoes with mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes.
